Information on Renting at Mission Lofts

A huge perk we offer is that all utilities are set up for you by us! Here’s a breakdown:

Electric - Personal usage! Typical costs range anywhere from $20-$80/mo.
Internet - We offer fiber optic from USI, 300MB- this is a flat rate of $45/mo.
Trash - Flat rate of $10/studio, $15/1Bedroom, $20/2Bedroom
Water/Waste - This will fluctuate between $12-$17/mo. per person.

Ramp parking for residents is available for a discounted rate($150/month) at the Seven Points Parking Garage located a half block from Mission Lofts. 

Street parking is free and readily available. 

There is a one-time $150 upfront pet fee, and we ask for $35/month in pet rent, per pet- this is regardless of having a dog vs a cat. We are proud to be pet-friendly in all of our apartments and allow two pets total per apartment. 

Dogs: No breed restrictions! Some weight restrictions apply. Please contact our leasing team for more details.
Cats: No declawing necessary.

When you apply you instantly reserve your new home! To reserve your new home a $50 application fee, a $150 admin fee, and a $400 deposit(refundable upon move-out) are due.

The deposit is held through the entirety of the lease and is refundable upon move-out. If you decide to not proceed with a lease the $400 deposit would be refunded. The application and admin fees are non-refundable.
